Meet Linda Grizely, CFP®

Welcome!
I’m Linda Grizely, CFP®, a financial wellness keynote speaker and personal finance educator. I help people and organizations rethink money, reduce personal financial stress, and
build financial confidence for real-life.
Financial stress doesn't stay at home. It quietly shows up at work in lost focus, lower productivity, increased absenteeism, and higher turnover. I partner with organizations to reduce the hidden cost of of personal financial stress by helping employees build greater financial confidence so they can focus, perform, and lead.
I speak to employees, ERGs, associations, HR leaders, and leadership teams across the country, both in person and virtually.
My work centers on The Human Variable™ — the identity, money history, beliefs, habits, and emotional conditioning behind every financial decision. Because money isn't just math. The choices people make with money are shaped by behavior, emotion, and real-life experiences that traditional financial education often overlooks.
Through my human-centered approach, I help audiences bridge the gap between knowing what to do with money and actually doing it. My goal isn't to teach people how to build a better budget. It's to help them build a healthier relationship with money so they can make more intentional financial decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
I'm also the creator of The MeMoney® Method, a personality-driven framework that helps people move beyond guilt-based budgeting and toward more intentional spending and saving. In 2026, the MeMoney® Method was named a finalist for a Money Awareness and Inclusion Award. I also host the Real Money, Real Life® podcast, where honest conversations about money, behavior, and life take center stage.
I often say I've lived many financial lives. I became a single mother at 16, later experienced financial abundance as a married mother of three, rebuilt after divorce, returned to school as an adult, and eventually built a career in financial services. Those experiences shaped not only how I understand money, but how I understand people.
That's why my programs go beyond traditional financial literacy. They're practical, compassionate, and judgment-free, helping people move from financial stress, shame, avoidance, and overwhelm to greater clarity, confidence, and action.
Whether you're exploring financial wellness for your organization, looking for a speaker who helps people think differently about money, or you're looking for a clearer, more confident relationship with your own money — you're in the right place.
I’m glad you’re here.

Mission, Vision, and Values
Why I'm here and what keeps me going
My Mission
To make money feel human, accessible, and judgment-free.
My Vision
A world where people and workplaces can talk about money with honesty, clarity, and dignity. Where financial wellness isn't treated as a personal failing or a corporate checkbox, but as something that shapes how people show up — at home and at work.
My Values
Authenticity: I show up real, not perfect. Transformation — personal or organizational — starts with honesty, not performance.
Clarity: I make money and mindset make sense. No one should feel ashamed for not knowing what they were never taught, and no organization should have to guess at what their people need.
Empowerment: Whether I'm speaking to a team, coaching one-on-one, or advising leadership, I teach tools that help people reclaim their voice, their confidence, and their next right step.
Connection: I challenge the belief that "it's too late" or "we should be further along by now." Whether it's personal finances or workplace culture, I'm here to help people and organizations think bigger.
Possibility: I challenge the belief that “it’s too late” or “I should be further by now.” Whether it’s your money, your career, or your worth — I’m here to help you think bigger.
Resilience: Setbacks aren't shameful — they're part of the path. I lead from lived experience and believe resilience, personal or organizational, is built, not born.
